|Recommended: Yes12b Lofts Avenue M Review — I have been exceptionally happy with my decision to live at Avenue M. The staff is so very helpful and polite. I would recommend this place to everyone. My apartment move-in didn't seem clean at all therefore I had to clean before I could move in - such as vacuum, sweep wipe down counters more. Other than that, I am happy with my new home.

This apartment and the community are inviting and a great place to study. A perfect launching point other than that is comparable to the neighbor housing and dining experience. If you take this opportunity, you will have one of the shortest transits to a place of learning that will open you up to limitless possibilities for your future.

|Recommended: YesFirst Look unit 314 — Overall the unit room looked great There was a weird smell inside the unit and in the halls that smelled funky and wouldn’t go away. There is also a corner of the kitchen island that looks torn up, but overall very nice place
