|Recommended: YesOverall Review — I think the building overall is great I do have a few issues within my apartment unit that I wish had been taken care of prior to move-in, but other than that it isnt too bad

|Recommended: YesVery nice space to live in — Very nice space to live in, I love the location of the complex itself and how close it is to campus
|Recommended: YesIndependent — Main complaints Sometimes the elevator doesn't work, the parking lot floods when it rains, and the walls are so thing that I can hear loud neighbors walking upstairs or laughing next door in another apartment rental at night. The gym I've heard is very small and is in Avenue M apartments, not 12b which would've been nice to know , and the countertops stain easily.
Main perks Nice balcony area, maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. Right next to Aggieville so walkable distance to many different shops and restaurants. Lots of natural sunlight through the floor-length windows, and washer and dryers are very convenient to use.

|Recommended: YesMove In — I wasn't given any instructions on the apartment or really any information at move in. The hallways are quite dirty, but had no problem finding parking and the apartment was in great shape Very strange way they do closets.
|Recommended: YesAmazing experience — My experience moving into 12B had been absolutely amazing. I love that it is so close to campus and all of the excitement.
|Recommended: NoDon’t move here — Maintenance staff are amazing, front office people seem nice, management is awful. Parking lot floods, they know how to fix it by cleaning the storm drains, but refuse to do so due to the cost. Parking lot gate broke for a few months, public was allowed to park there and management threatened to tow residence for parking in properly instead of towing unauthorized vehicles. Refused to credit parking permit costs. Countless other issues to mention.
